You Paid for the Information in the Study, Don't Aggregate it Away in Analysis
Two independent demonstrations that standard sum-score practices mathematically discard statistically significant, clinically interpretable information: one in pooled ALS clinical trials, one in medication adherence data. A 7.5σ between-arm signal in ALS entropy trajectories, and an orthogonal adherence dimension that separates forgetting from intentional modification, both invisible to conventional endpoints.
